Avoiding the politicizing of movie criticism

I have a new piece on Wall-E at Breakpoint this week. It looks at the criticism the film received for its alleged sermonizing on environmentalism. This a problem in our politically polarized society but judging a film by it’s success or failure in representing a certain ideology is a faulty approach to film evaluation. See what you think. And for a treat, here’s one of the early teasers for the film with Wall-E helping out Pixar mascot Luxo Jr.
